The long arm of the law reaches through cyberspace

It started in Australia in 2008, and was used in England by Hastings County Court as a medium to serve a summons on a debtor in 2011. Now the High Court has allowed a claim to be served on a proposed defendant via Facebook.

Anyone determined to hide from the courts may need to delete their social media profiles as well as physically going into hiding in future.
