Contract? You mean there's a Contract?

No discussion about contracts would be complete without a lawyer present, of course, and the seminar featured CIF’s Chair of its Governance Board, Frank Jennings, who is Head of Commercial at law firm, DMH Stallard. He set out several of the major areas where negotiation between customer and CSP are most likely to be needed.
