Fired for Facebook: seminar

DMH Stallard's Employment Law Group are running seminars to consider some of the legal problems inherent in providing employees with free access to computer facilities including social networking sites and particularly the appropriate protections that need to be in place in relation to this fast moving area of social change. The workshop will also provoke discussion amongst the delegates present on creating the right balance between the need to protect confidential information, business reputation, employee rights and the need to keep pace with a changing business. The seminars are in Gatwick on 9 September, Brighton on Friday 10 September and in London on Tuesday 14 September.
